MRI BRAIN
FINDINGS: Hemorrhagic contusions are identified. As on the CT scans of 7/20 and 7/21 one sees small focal areas of hemorrhage in the left basal ganglia and anterior limb of the left internal capsule. There is a lesion in the corona radiata lateral to the body of the right lateral ventricle. There is also a small lesion in the uncus of the left temporal lobe. Diffusion restriction is evident in the left putaminal lesion and the left uncal lesion. Flow-voids demonstrated in vertebral, basilar, and internal carotid arteries. No aneurysm or vessel occlusion evident. No extraaxial fluid collection.

Great progress this afternoon! Ken walked a straight line and cross over steps. Awesome!
First couple showers at home have your mother stand by when transferring into shower and stand by when transferring out of shower.(you can wear a robe)

May walk indoors without supervision (use cane) No belt.
Have your mother watch closely the first time you use steps. If you do well, she doesn’t have to supervise anymore.
Have someone walk with you outdoors.
Whenever sitting, try to put your right elbow up on something.

We took a walk outside on the grass and around the block. Ken did a good job looking for cars and watching were he was going.
